Fremennik Yacht requires 55 Construction and 40 Sailing. Must be built at Fremennik docks.

The RuneScape Sailing Skill

The long-awaited Sailing skill has finally been announced. It will be released in the next few weeks for Member's only. Jagex describes it as, "a new way to transport your goods and yourself around Gielinor." To start Sailing, players must first read the Book on Sailing received from Captain Siad. The quest is pretty easy. Speak to Captain Siad again and he'll tell you that Barfy Bill in Lumbridge can help you build your first canoe. Canoes can only be used on rivers; there are four types: Log canoe, Dugout canoe, Stable Dugout canoe, and Wake canoe. You'll need any type of hatchet to cut logs and make canoes at various canoe stations along the River Lum. At level 29 Sailing, you are able to make River Barge (pictured below). You can only use Oak Logs to make Barges.

Something to think about: What will this update do to log prices?
